After graduating from the Montan-University in Leoben, Austria (Business and Energy Management), Stefan Pierer began his career as sales assistant at HOVAL GmbH in Marchtrenk in 1982 and then later on as sales manager for upper Austria and authorized signatory. In 1987 he founded the PIERER Mobility Group in which he acts as majority shareholder and member of the Executive Board. He has been shareholder and member of the Management Board of the KTM AG since 1992.

After completing his studies in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Gottfried Neumeister worked as a consultant for Siemens AG Austria. In 2003, he founded flyniki together with Niki Lauda and was responsible for the successful development of the aviation business (until the sale to Air Berlin). In 2012, Gottfried Neumeister moved to DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft, where he held various positions on the Management Board, most recently as Co-CEO (2021-2023).
Since September 1, 2024, Gottfried Neumeister has been a member of the Executive Board of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG, supporting Stefan Pierer in the CEO’s agenda.

After graduating from the Johannes Kepler University in Linz (business sciences) Alex Pierer began his career as Managing Director of Pierer Konzerngesellschaft mbH in Wels. Since 2018 he is also Managing Director of PIERER Innovation GmbH. From May 2015 until April 2018 Alex Pierer was already member of the supervisory board of Pierer Industrie AG, before he was voted into the managing board. He has held the role of general manager at Kiska GmbH since 2021. Alex Pierer was appointed to the company’s Executive Board in 2024.

After completing his IBWL studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Florian Kecht started his career in sales at KTM Sportmotorcycle AG. After several years of experience in international sales, he took over the management of customer service in 2011 and the responsibility for trade marketing in 2013. Florian Kecht has been an authorized officer of KTM AG since 2012 and, since 2014, managing director of KTM Sportmotorcycle GmbH.

Strategic Alliances
After completing his education at the HTL in Salzburg, specializing in mechanical engineering, Philipp Habsburg began his professional career in 1995 as a project manager at Palfinger AG in Salzburg. After moving to the KTM Group, he served as project and department manager for road motorcycles from 1998-2009 and then as development manager for complete vehicles. From 2010 to July 2023, he served as Division Manager of Research and Development, and subsequently as Managing Director of Forschungs- und Entwicklungs GmbH. Philipp Habsburg has been a member of the Executive Board of KTM AG since 2018.

After studying economics at the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich, Rudolf Wiesbeck began his career at Dräxlmaier Group in Vilsbiburg/Germany as a trainee.
Further stations in the operations sector, both in and outside Germany followed and in 2011, he joined the Polytec Group. There he led a plant network and was responsible as Vice President for Digitalization and IT.
His entry into the KTM world followed as Vice President of the Quality Management department and since 2022 he serves as COO of KTM AG.
