After completing his studies in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Gottfried Neumeister worked as a consultant for Siemens AG Austria. In 2003, he founded flyniki together with Niki Lauda and was responsible for the successful development of the aviation business (until the sale to Air Berlin). In 2012, Gottfried Neumeister moved to DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft, where he held various positions on the Management Board, most recently as Co-CEO (2021-2023). On January 23, 2025, Gottfried Neumeister took over from Stefan Pierer as CEO of Bajaj Mobility AG and KTM AG, where he had been Co-CEO since September 1, 2024.

Petra Preining studied business administration at Vienna University of Economics and Business. As a proven financial expert, she has many years of international experience in various companies. Since 2022, Ms. Preining has been CFO of the listed company AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG, and prior to that she held the same position at the listed company Semperit AG Holding. She has also held various management positions within the B&C Group. Earlier professional positions have taken her to companies such as Deloitte Tax Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH, Kraft Foods and Unilever. Since September 2025, Ms. Preining has served as Chief Financial Officer of Bajaj Mobility AG and KTM AG.

With more than 25 years of international experience in the industrial and automotive sectors, Stephan Reiff is regarded as a proven expert in global sales, marketing, and brand strategies. Starting in 2022, he served as Vice President Customer, Brand & Sales at BMW Motorrad, where he oversaw worldwide sales, marketing, and aftersales. Under his leadership, BMW Motorrad achieved revenues of over 3 billion euros in 2024.

Before that, Reiff held several key positions within the BMW Group, including Vice President Product Strategy, Vice President Aftersales for BMW North America, and Vice President Parts Logistic Services with global responsibility. His career began as a Logistics Engineer at Honeywell, followed by consulting projects at A.T. Kearney. Reiff holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern and has extensive experience in developing electrified product portfolios, building global teams, and managing international dealer networks.

At KTM AG, he is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Dealer Network, and Aftersales.
